Data collected
The form may collect your first name, last name, email address, phone number if you choose to provide it, your questionnaire answers, any consent to commercial communications, an internal lead score, the language used, and marketing attribution parameters such as UTM values when they are present in the page URL.
The internal score is only used to organise follow-up requests. It does not make any automated decision that has legal or similarly significant effects on you.
Purposes and legal bases
Information needed for your request is used to reply to you, follow up on the presentation request and, if you wish, help you arrange a meeting. This processing is based on the legitimate interest in responding to requests voluntarily submitted through the website, in line with the reasonable expectations of the person making the request.
If you separately tick the optional commercial communications box, your contact details may also be used to send you occasional commercial information by email and, if you provided your phone number, by SMS or phone. This marketing activity is based on your prior consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
Technical data strictly necessary for the operation, security and prevention of abuse may also be processed on the basis of the legitimate interest in keeping the website secure and functional.
Recipients and service providers
Form data is accessible to Alexandre Gallet and to technical providers required to operate the service, in particular Netlify for hosting and form collection. If you choose to book the English-language presentation, you are redirected to a Calendly scheduling page managed by the meeting organiser. Calendly and the organiser then process the information you enter there under their own terms and privacy notices.
The home page currently loads a background image from images.unsplash.com. This request may transmit technical connection data such as your IP address and browser information to that provider.
International transfers
Netlify and Calendly may process certain data from the United States or other countries. Their privacy documentation describes the safeguards they use for international data transfers.
Retention period
Prospect data is retained for a maximum of three years from collection or from the last contact initiated by the prospect. Data used for marketing is no longer used for that purpose after consent is withdrawn. An erasure request may result in earlier deletion unless a legal obligation requires a different retention period.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction or erasure of your data, or restriction of its processing. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw your consent to commercial communications at any time. The right to data portability applies when the conditions set out in the GDPR are met.

Cookies and external services
AJG Voyage does not currently install advertising or analytics tools on its own pages. The English booking link opens Calendly, an external service that applies its own cookie and privacy policies.

This notice may be updated, in particular when the activity is formally registered, new tools are added or data-processing practices change.
